Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and ToFinder for using the product at tofind.online. By using it, you accept them.
1. What ToFinder is
ToFinder is software that reads public sources (such as social posts) and public local-business data, and suggests opportunities that may match the service you sell. It is a research aid. We do not guarantee any result, client, response or sale, and the suggestions are not professional advice. You decide what to do with each opportunity.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login safe and for everything done under your account. Give accurate information, and use the product only if you are allowed to under the laws that apply to you.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not send spam or break anti-spam or privacy law. You are responsible for the messages you send and for having a lawful basis to contact each person.
- Follow the rules of each platform you use or connect (for example Reddit or Telegram).
- Do not use the product to harass, to break the law, or to overload our systems or the sources we read.
4. Plans and billing
We offer a free plan and a paid Pro plan; the current prices are on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime in Settings — Subscription. Unless required by law, we do not issue refunds for a period already started.

5. Availability and no warranty
We work to keep the service running, but we provide it "as is", without warranties of any kind. Features and sources may change, break or be removed, and third-party sources can be unavailable.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, ToFinder is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost profits, clients or data. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.
7. Privacy
How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. If the change is material, we will note it on this page. Continuing to use the product after a change means you accept it.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
